Nanscawen Manor House is a delightful 15th property set in an idyllic location. It stands in five acres of grounds, South facing looking over a lush green valley. 
Locally there are many coastal walks for you to enjoy this romantic part of Cornwall. An Excellent base from which to visit all parts of Cornwall.
Nearby there are ancient fishing villages, National Trust Houses, for example Lanhydrock House 4 miles, Heligan Gardens 8 miles, and 2 miles from the Eden Project.

There are three luxury en-suite bedrooms all with spa baths, colour televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. The Rashleigh Suite is a large bedroom with views West, South and East over the gardens. The Prideaux Suite has a four poster bed with views to the South of the Manor. The Treffry Suite in the South wing can be made up as a six foot double bed or as two twin beds.  
There is a heated outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub spa where one can relax in the scenic beauty of the area which is rich in wild life. Gardens surround Nanscawen Manor House and you are welcome to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Breakfast is served in the Victorian Conservatory next to the Drawing Room where there is an a honesty bar. A full English breakfast is included in the tariff, Smoked Salmon is also to be found on the menu. Breakfast is the only meal served but, there are some very good restaurants near by.
No smoking is allowed in the house or pets, Children over 12 years are welcomed We are sorry the house is not suitable for disabled guests.
