The Property stands in 3/4 of an acre of pretty gardens, in a quiet hamlet away from the main road and within easy reach of coastal and country walks. 

The cottage is well over 200 years old and retains many of it's original features.  Conveniently situated for visiting the Lizard, St Michaels Mount, Heliport and ferry for the Isles of Scilly, Lands End and the Minack Theatre.

Nearest town Helston (3 1/2 miles)

Penzance (6 miles)

There are three double bedrooms and one twin.  Two of the double bedrooms are en-suite and the twin and one double has an adjacent private bathroom.  One double on-suite is on the ground floor.  Maximum of six guest's.

 There is a sitting room with log burner, television and tea/coffee making facilities.  Early morning tea/coffee is available on request (no charge). Guests may use the garden ( weather permitting) where chairs, tables, sun umbrellas are provided.   

Breakfast is served between 8.00am to 9.30am (earlier by arrangement) in the Conservatory looking out on to the gardens. Breakfast includes full English, fresh fruit cereals, homemade marmalade and jams or any combination.  Locally smoked kippers are also on the menu when available.  Special diets and vegetarians can be catered for.

There is ample parking spaces in the grounds.
